Our Manufacturing Process
From farm to bottle, we follow a strict process to ensure you get the purest edible oil possible.
Raw Material Selection
We source only the finest high-quality Groundnut, Sesame, and Mustard seeds directly from trusted farmers. Every batch is inspected for moisture content and oil percentage.
Cleaning & Grading
Before processing, raw seeds undergo rigorous cleaning. We remove dust, stones, shells, and other impurities to ensure only clean seeds are pressed.
Traditional Cold Pressing (Ghani)
We use the traditional wooden Ghani method (Cold Press) to extract oil. This low-temperature extraction preserves the natural aroma, antioxidants, and essential nutrients.
Natural Filtration
Our oil is exclusively filtered using chemical-free cloth filtration. We strictly avoid refining or chemical processing to maintain the oil's natural properties.
Hygienic Packing
The filtered oil is packed in food-grade, sealed containers (Bottles, Jars, Tins) in a hygienic environment to prevent contamination and leakage.
Storage & Dispatch
Finished products are stored in cool, dry conditions to maintain freshness. We ensure fresh stock is dispatched promptly to our customers and distributors.
